  • The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel unpaid registrations after providing written notice.

7. Conference Program Changes

Nipikiskwasiwan reserves the right to modify the conference program, speakers, presentations, scheduling, or event activities when necessary. Such changes do not automatically qualify participants for refunds.

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, registered participants will be offered a refund of registration fees paid.

If the conference is postponed, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or request a refund.

The organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, transportation, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

9. Photography, Video and Media

Photography and video recording may take place during the conference for documentation, promotional, and educational purposes.

Participants will be informed of event photography and recording activities. Individuals who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional images may notify the registration team.
