Indigenous pathways aligned with c92 laws for our children

Driven for Change
Nipikiskwasiwan "We Speak"
Nipikiskwasiwan Group is committed to uplifting Indigenous voices & partners and advancing meaningful change for every child. Nipikiskwasiwan, a Cree term meaning "We Speak", reflects our purpose and responsibility.

The We Speak Conference is dedicated to driving change and advocating on behalf of children and families involved in the child welfare system. With firsthand experience across frontline and senior roles with these systems, we understand both the challenges and the opportunities for transformation. We've partnered with dedicated lawyers who have been representing families and children.

We believe that meaningful change becomes possible when we bring together community supporters, advocates, professional service providers, Child and Family services, government, youth and Elders. Through a trauma-informed lens and a shared vision of restoring balance, the Nipikiskwasiwan Conference is committed to strengthening voices, fostering collaboration, and advancing progress aligned with C92 Legislation.
